Join us for a few days in the 2nd most visited city in the world.  London is so filled with iconic landmarks that around just about every corner is a place you’ve seen in movies or read about in books. For those for whom afternoon tea is a passion, a trip to London is a bucket-list adventure.

This trip is a perfect add on for those joining us for our Tea Tour of Scotland, but is a great quick trip for those who want to experience the best of London in a short time.  Of course, you can use the days with us as an introduction to the city and stay on to experience it more fully on your own.

The 4-Star hotel we’ve selected is  are chosen for it’s amazing, city-center location, so you can easily explore on your own, choose from thousands of nearby restaurants or take in a show. The Tube, London’s easy-to-navigate subway system has a nearby stop, so the whole city is within easy reach.

Our Afternoon Tea each day will include a famous hotel tea, a local’s favorite restaurant and a fun and whimsical afternoon tea experience.  The 4th day will not include a group tea, so that everyone can have a free day to see what they’d most like, but I am happy to recommend a tea room in the area you’ll be exploring.

 2018 TEA TOUR OF LONDON

Explore part of this magnificent palace in Hyde Park, including the King's and Queen's State Apartments.  The rooms Queen Victoria lived in as a child contain an exhibition that explores her life and reign as wife, mother, Queen and Empress.   Another favorite area features Princess Diana.  An exhibit of her clothing traces the evolution of Diana’s style from the demure, romantic outfits of her first public appearances to the glamour, elegance and confidence she exuded later.  Tea at the Kensington Palace Orangery and then a stroll thru Hyde Park to the Diana memorial fountain caps off our experience.
